Our lean sliced beef biltong is made using a traditional South African recipe. We cut prime slices of beef, cure it with salt & spices then air-dry for about 10 days. With no sugar, no MSG & no preservatives this mildly spiced biltong has a rich meaty flavor & is incredibly tender.
