Our sliced beef biltong is made using a traditional South African recipe. We cut prime slices of beef, cure it with salt & spices then air-dry for about 10 days. With no sugar, no MSG & no preservatives this biltong has a rich meaty flavor & is incredibly tender. Our specially crafted hot mix includes 3 types of peppers, if you like spicy this is the one for you.
